*E-visits will be billed by our office through the patients insurance company. Some insurance companies will cover these visits and others do not. if your insurance does not cover e-visits, you will receive a charge for the appointment.
Our providers are available for on demand telehealth visits from 9-5 Monday through Friday and 10-2 Saturday and Sunday.
To access an E-Visit with your provider, search the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for Care Convene Patient on your smart phone. Complete the registration process, registering as the parent. When prompted to provide a Provider Code:

Families will have access to all providers once registered. Go to Settings and select Add Dependents to enter your child’s information. Select Visit to fill out the reason for your e-visit and to a request or schedule an appointment.
You will get a notification when your provider has started the visit and is ready to video chat. Please make sure you allow notifications and access to your video/microphone on your device when installing the app.
