If families would like to stop by the office and pick up a welcome packet that contains information about our providers and office, please give our office a call!

Families should be aware that we are a pro-vaccine office. Rockford Pediatrics wants families to know that we offer a safe environment for their children.  We want parents to feel comfortable and know that other patients in our waiting room have had their basic immunizations. To ensure this, we require families to follow the recommended vaccine schedule established by the American Academy of Pediatrics and to receive at a minimum, immunizations that are required for school attendance.
